In Riforano, a few steps away from Mondovì, Cuneo, there’s a farm small this, where Mario and Anna Sarale raise cows, produce the milk and process fantastic cheeses. This is a very small world, made by uncontaminated nature, animals and the Sarale family, respecting and maintaining the balance just as hundred years ago, with Love and Passion. In this gamma of brilliant cheeses you can find the tradition but also the will to create new fragrances, picking up officinal herbs and leaves and flowers, with strict microbiological and quality controls, and looking for exclusive emotions. Now Mario and Anna Sarale lead some very interesting experience and accompany the guests in a charming trip in the cheese world, in the farm and in the typical trattoria, offering also a good stay in their enchanting 600’s mansion.
