A snowdrop from the milky white

A little flower stickes out from seasoning cheese, just like a snowdrop breaks the winter’s frost and offers us his warm colour.

This is only a dream, or better an amusement, but this represents so well the piedmontese cheeses’ naturalness. From this milky white colour a delicate and  sometime more decisive  note begins to appear: this is what we gladly  call Flavour.
