The mix between sea and hills.

You can ask “the dragon of the sea.  tattooed in a Quadrato Pepper of Carmagnola . is doing what?”    

The answer could be  “the same  as a fossilized seashell does on a hill”. This odd situation just confirms the course of history, in a region bathed by the sea, some million years ago, and later turned in a magnificent hill tracts, with Langhe and Monferrato, in the heart of a mountains crown.
